I have the lease on this place through LJ Hooker until 10th Feb 2010, but I'm having a baby in December. I am looking for someone who would like to take over the lease. This property is commercial real estate so you will need to be able to fulfil regular application with LJ Hooker (ABN, public liability insurance etc).
In addition, there is an expectation that you be a natural therapist/health professional of some kind.
